We had a successful 2nd Annual General Meeting in June, 2023. It was great to mingle with family physicians and nurse practitioners from the area prior to the meeting, and have break out groups to discuss a funding proposal the MWT-OHT in collaboration with the MWT-FPN submitted to Ontario Health to improve access to team-based care for community family physicians. We are still waiting to hear if we were successful with our funding request so stay tuned….
