Diabetes Education Programs (Toronto Region)

For individuals over 18 years of age living with or at risk of type 2 diabetes (some programs are able to support those with type 1 diabetes).

  • Family, friends, & caregivers may attend.

  • Programs are FREE (OHIP is not required) and are offered in many languages.

  • Programs offer individual counselling and/or group workshops that support people living with or at risk of type 2 diabetes (e.g. those with prediabetes).
